Tim Buxbaum Architect
Tim Buxbaum Architect has worked on all sorts of building projects in Suffolk and the surrounding counties over many years, even before he set up practice near Woodbridge in 1999.
Conservation projects have included castles, wind and watermills, barns, churches, religious houses, Listed buildings and Scheduled Monuments and his involvement has resulted in a number being removed from the "At Risk" register. Many of these have necessitated working collaboratively as part of a team, often above and beyond the requirements of fabric repair, and his persistence has resulted in several awards for Craftsmanship and Quality of Place.
Private house commissions have ranged from modest extensions to substantial conversions and new houses, together with feasibility studies.
Other projects have ranged from follies and funeral parlours to commercial developments and country houses, and even a new church spire. Almost all are bespoke.
Tim is registered as a Chartered Architect, accredited in Building Conservation by the AABC, and is a former scholar of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.
