The practice doesn't work on large housing schemes or for developers, preferring to concentrate on smaller individual projects despite their challenges.  Every enquiry and every project is different, whether it is for a new house or to enhance and improve an existing dwelling.  Many projects are taken from initial enquiry through survey, sketch design, seeking planning permission, detailed design, tender and construction.
