Tim is on the list of architects approved by the DACs of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich and also Norwich, and has been involved in inspections, repairs, maintenance and improvements to many churches. Some involvement arises from recommendations made in the five-yearly Quinquennial Inspection Reports produced for churches, other involvement comes from the aspirations of urban and rural churches to provide better facilities for their congregations and local communities. Suffolk is particularly rich in its collection of historic churches, many need ongoing care and attention to retain these heritage assets for future generations.
